Your day is probably going to be stressful and anxious if that is how you begin it. It is not precisely the most effective way to accomplish tasks.

Whether you are aware of it or not, you are constantly asking yourself questions when you wake up in the morning. Thoughts are going through your mind while you eat breakfast, sip coffee, or brush your teeth. You may be asking yourself, “What is causing my extreme fatigue? Why did not I go to bed sooner? What shall I consume?
In general, these things are useless, and as you can see, they can even be harmful in certain situations. Asking questions is meant to help you take deliberate charge of how your day unfolds. Thus, I will give you some examples of questions you might ask yourself in the morning:

- What aspects of my life are flawless?
- What can I do to make today fantastic?
- What could possibly be the finest thing that occurs today?
- You can begin to refocus your thoughts on all of the things you want to happen by asking yourself these kinds of questions.
It is fascinating to notice that your brain will literally answer any question you pose, thus it does not need to be grounded in reality. Therefore, if you are going to have delusions, you might as well make them very powerful.

I have been asking myself, “What am I grateful for?” as soon as I get up for the past two weeks or so. You have probably heard that you should begin each day with an attitude of thankfulness. In fact, this is probably the easiest way to accomplish it.
You will wake up feeling amazing every day if you ask yourself that question enough times in a row. You will bring more and more of that into your life as you begin to see your life and the world around you as full of things for which you are thankful.
We all have a lot to be thankful for, yet we frequently focus on all the negative aspects of our lives. I hope this helps you change your attention.
Ways to Change Your Morning Routine
I want you to think about starting your day in a different way. Along with the power questions, I advise you to begin your day in a more quiet and tranquil manner than you have in the past. I believe that this will have a significant effect on your physical and emotional health.
Don’t turn on the computer or TV.

For the past year or two, turning on the computer has become my first morning ritual as a blogger. You might have a propensity to switch on the computer as soon as you wake up, even if you are not a blogger. There is no way that it can be beneficial to start your day with so much information overload.
I suggest that you spend roughly twenty minutes simply enjoying your breakfast or coffee. One of the most pernicious things you can do is turn on the television. You may not even be aware of how detrimental the news might be to you. The first thing you are exposed to in the morning is the news, which usually covers everything that is wrong in the world.
We have learned from years of self-help that our minds are particularly open in the morning. For this reason, if you have been turning on the TV, I advise against it.
Listen to music/something uplifting.
I enjoy listening to music, and I even use an alarm clock that plays music when I can. I look for music with calming melodies or that are uplifting. The moment you wake up is one of the ideal times to listen to a self-help program or tape. Consider the impact that doing this for thirty days or so will have on you.
You will ultimately internalize that message and associate it with getting up in the morning if you listen to uplifting or inspirational content as soon as you wake up.
Meditate

I believe that letting go of thoughts is one of the hardest aspects of meditation. I am not very good at this myself because my mind works at what seems like a million miles per hour. Your mind is relatively calm in the morning, so even five to ten minutes of focused meditation or deep relaxation can have a significant impact on your day.
