People life is better with gratitude 50 ways to show you care.

People life during the holiday season often brings us closer, reminding us of our love—and sometimes, like with family, of old frustrations too.

Fundamentally, Thanksgiving in particular encourages us to show people how much we value the gifts they have given us. Some gifts—the kind that are accompanied by admiration, love, and sincere respect—are more evident right away than others.

Others challenge us, test us, push us, and leave us questioning whether we have anything for which to be thankful.

Undoubtedly, some relationships are more difficult than others, but each one gives us the chance to develop and support others in doing the same. We learn something about setting boundaries, loving, trusting, forgiving, and caring for one another and ourselves from every relationship.

Here are some ideas for expressing your gratitude to those that support you at work, push you, and love you.
